HMD Attractions has not started operating yet, so there are no codes in circulation and nothing to look up. The day the first venue opens, this page becomes a working lookup: one field, no account, no app. If you are holding a printed photo with a code on it, it did not come from us.
How it will work

You are photographed at the venue and the printed photo is handed to you in a folder with a code on it.

You type that code here. One field, nothing else, no account and no app.

We send the digital copy to your WhatsApp, free. Giving us that number is the exchange, and we say so plainly rather than burying it.
What we store, and for how long
A photograph of a face is sensitive personal data under UAE law, and most of what we photograph will be families with children. So the rules are set before we take a single frame: consent is asked before the shot and recorded against the image, an unclaimed photo is deleted after 30 days, a claimed photo is deleted 7 days after it is claimed, and you can delete yours yourself from the result screen without emailing anyone.
