Draft. This describes how the site behaves today, before operations begin. It will be replaced by a full policy reviewed by a UAE adviser before the first shoot.
What this site collects
Only what you type into a form: your name, your company, your role, your email or WhatsApp number, and your message. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third party tracker on this site. We do not set a cookie for tracking. The only thing stored in your browser is which language you chose.
Where it goes
Into a database we control on Cloudflare, so that we can reply to you. It is not sold, not shared with a marketing platform, and not used for anything other than answering your enquiry.
Guest photographs
No guest photographs exist yet, because operations have not started. When they do, a facial image is treated as sensitive personal data: consent is asked before the shot and recorded against the image, an unclaimed photo is deleted after 30 days, a claimed photo is deleted 7 days after it is claimed, and a guest can delete their own photo from the claim result screen without contacting anyone.
Children
Family attraction photography is overwhelmingly photographs of children. No child is photographed without the accompanying adult agreeing first, that agreement is recorded against the image, and a request to delete a child photograph is acted on immediately and without questions.

Message the WhatsApp number on this site, or email [email protected], and ask us to delete what we hold. We will do it and confirm.
